The main event features a local MMA superstar Jeremy Spoon from Chickasha, Oklahoma.  Jeremy has fought some of the toughest competition in the world and won his first 12 pro fights in a row.   Jeremy will be facing another Bellator veteran fighter Gilbert “The Pit Bull” Jimenez of San Antonio, Texas a veteran of 16 professional fights.  This fight is in the Featherweight division, a division known for its lightening fast action and it is sure to be a fight you will want to see. SCS #17: Female MMA Pioneer Joins Fight Card

HINTON, OKLA. May 27, 2013 –– The big buzz happening in the MMA world right now is the addition of female fighters to the main stream big leagues of MMA.   Female fighters are now the main events on fight cards and Pay Per View big league events drawing huge audiences.   Sugar Creek Showdown like other MMA events are integrating the female fighters onto their fight cards but SCS is also creating title events for the female fighters so they can have equal rating with the guys. 

On SCS # 17 Alida Gary of El Paso Texas was scheduled to fight Katie Casmir of Las Vegas but Katie was injured in training and the search began for a replacement fighter. In the search one of the first female stars of MMA was found to be open as a potential replacement. “Little” Patricia Vidonic as she is known to the world has agreed to the challenge of the 115 lb Pro Female Strawweight challenge against Grey. SCS #17: Local MMA Heroes Prepare for Battle

HINTON, OKLA. May 13, 2013 –– Sugar Creek Showdown is preparing for their 17th MMA cage fight event as MMA fighters come to Sugar Creek Casino to battle on June 1st but even though the fight card has many World Ranked Pros many of the local fighters may be the true headliners says Glen Coleman, General Manager of Sugar Creek Casino. 

Weatherford native Art “The Shark” Parker will be making his Pro debut against Christopher Hancock of Topeka, Kansas.   “The Shark” won his first 6 MMA battles before he ever lost a fight. He actually fought his first MMA fight at 16 years old with parents consent.  His amateur fights have spanned him winning the Amateur title championships in the Welterweight, Middleweight and Light Heavyweight divisions.  He retires his amateur Light Heavyweight belt and starts back at 0-0 as he makes his Pro debut on SCS # 17.

SCS #15: Clinton Challenges Weatherford for SCS Title

HINTON, OKLA. January 9, 2013 –– Sugar Creek Showdown is preparing for their 15thMMA cage fight event as MMA fighters come to Sugar Creek Casino to battle on January 26th but the Pros may not be the true headliners says Glen Coleman, General Manager of Sugar Creek Casino. 

 
Clinton native Roy “The Wildman” Stucker has challenged Weatherford native Art “The Shark” Parker for his Amateur Light Heavyweight title.  Both these fighters are local fan favorites.  Stucker with a 4-2 record and Parker with a 7-2 record are both known to be sluggers and this fight is destined to be a war.
 
The Main event features veteran world ranked fighter Cedric “The Spiderman” Marks fighting Oklahoma City’s own undefeated Kemmyelle Haley in a Welter Weight Pro Showdown Championship fight.  Co-Main event is for the Flyweight Showdown Championship featuring veteran Jacob Ritchie of Springfield MO. versus the Champion Jei Saudino of Wichita KS. Click for More
